  • Does Kraper provide a datasheet?

    Yes, if the customer requests the datasheet for a standard item, we send it at the time of the quote. In the case of special items, we send the datasheet after order confirmation so that the customer can approve it. The datasheet is also available on the customer portal for those who have registered and are approved.

  • Does Kraper provide dimensional design?

    For medium voltage orders yes. After confirming the order, we send the document to the customer for approval.

  • What do single-phase and three-phase mean?

    • Single-phase Transformer: It is made up of two windings that form a set of coils, with a primary coil, which receives the highest voltage and a secondary coil, which provides the lowest voltage. Both installed on the same ferromagnetic material core.

  • My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

    Check with the seller whether the NFe has already been issued and by which carrier it was shipped, so you can track it on the carrier's website.

  • Does Kraper sell via BNDES or Finame Card?

    Yes, we support both forms of payment, consult our sales department for more information;

  • Can I buy via bank slip with Kraper?

    Yes, through credit analysis we can assess the best payment condition for the order. Request an analysis with our commercial department.
