The healthy growth we seek is the result of years of consistent work, without the involvement of anyone in our group in illicit practices or in violation of the law. Our transparency policies cover three main areas: customers, employees and suppliers. We are dedicated to maintaining integrity in all relationships, promoting an organizational culture based on ethics and compliance.

Relationship with customers

We understand that the best way to be transparent with our clients is to present them, whenever necessary, with the risks of their choices (which seem incoherent to us) and the real picture of their requests. We understand that access to a greater amount of information about our products and services helps our customers in their decision-making. Therefore, taking on problems is also our policy. When failures occur, they are treated as a priority, without measuring efforts to ensure that they do not cause problems for our customers and analyzed looking for their root cause so that there is no recurrence.

Relationship with employees

Valuing honest, two-way communication between employees and superiors is essential to cultivating a solid trusting relationship between employee and employer. In this context, employees are guaranteed to actively participate in discussions involving goals, business objectives, challenges, performance measurement and other work-related topics. To further improve internal communication, we introduced the Employee Area on our website, an exclusive platform dedicated to employees. In this space, we provide internal newsletters and promote more open communication with HR, providing an effective channel for exchanging information and strengthening team engagement.

Relationship with Suppliers

To guarantee continuous and healthy supply, we understand the great need for transparency between Kraper and its suppliers. Just as we act with our customers, regarding the reliability of information, we count on our suppliers to treat us in the same way. The honest relationship between the two guarantees their growth, without the use of artifices that are less than honest (referring, for example, to the illegal origin of resources and negotiations with extortion and/or bribery involved). We believe that a great partnership is maintained through compliance with commitments and transparency in information.
