To facilitate identification and correction of the fault, you can include the following images: (Not mandatory)

1- Image of the equipment identification plate;

2- Image of the product showing the installation area;

3- Image of the affected area of the equipment (if any);

4- Additional videos and/or photos that you deem viable to understand the problem.
